Customer Log-in
As a CHQ user you should have been given a link to the school or club log-in page.
If at all possible you should use this link to log into the system, as some schools use shared sign-on credentials with other systems, which will only work when accessed through the relevant school’s CHQ log-in page. This is especially true when your school has elected to host their own instance of the software.
CHQ currently run two production servers:
Our UK server is used by customers based in Europe, Middle East, North and South America and Africa.

Please note that CHQ do not administer user credentials and cannot answer questions about forgotten passwords or user IDs – please contact your school directly for such assistance.
