CHQ Before & After School Care
Manage breakfast clubs & after school care – CHQ offers an online booking system with a time-based charging function.
Parents can book online in advance whether it be individual days, groups of days or weeks at a time, and will instantly be notified on availability. Late changes and cancellations can also be made.
CHQ provides accurate, pre-populated online/mobile registers to record attendance, accounting for daily student absences.
Optional time-based charging can be applied, tracking both participation and length of stay – charges can be added to the termly extras statement or parents can pay using CHQ ePayments, connecting to the schools payment gateway provider.
CHQ Sports Fixtures
A competitively priced sports fixtures package that does more than just fixture set up and team selection:
create opponent databases and team types, and then set up fixtures
make squad selections - referencing training session attendances and prior selections
create personalised selection communications to parents and players
request bus bookings for away travel journeys
write up match reports and player assessments
staff can capture any injury or incident details
A payment interface that links CHQ to the school’s payment gateway provider e.g. PayPal, Global Payments - creating an easy way for parents to pay for any chargeable activity or bookings. Payments can be taken upfront in advance or paid down at a later date.
CHQ can track payments and recalculate the statement of balances due.
Unlike many system providers, CHQ offers this solution on a not for profit basis and does not charge any fees on transactions.
